OUR WORK

How we show up for our community

Grantmaking

Every June, JSL awards grants to local organizations supporting women and children in crisis — from survivors of trafficking to kids in foster care to families navigating addiction. Last year, we funded 15 organizations across New Hampshire.

Volunteer service

Our members show up in person — packing holiday baskets, serving meals, collecting diapers, and staffing community events. Last year, JSL members logged over 2,000 volunteer hours across Greater Concord.

Community partnerships

JSL works alongside organizations like Waypoint, Thrive, CASA of NH, and the Pass Along Project — building lasting relationships that multiply our impact well beyond what we could do alone.

"For 95 years, JSL has brought women together in service of women and children in crisis. Today, that legacy continues — through thoughtful grantmaking, hands-on volunteer service, and strong partnerships across New Hampshire."
